The Instagram smoothie bowl that actually works at home. Frozen fruit, a splash of milk, and a scoop of yogurt โ€” the trick is thick enough to hold a spoon upright.

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries or banana, or both
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

How to Make It

    Add frozen fruit, yogurt, and milk to a blender. Start on low and work up to high, using a tamper or stopping to stir, until you have a thick scoopable base โ€” not a smoothie.

    Scrape into a bowl. Top with whatever you have: granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, peanut butter, chia seeds, a drizzle of honey.
