- 2 cups frozen mixed berries or banana, or both
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
How to Make It

Add frozen fruit, yogurt, and milk to a blender. Start on low and work up to high, using a tamper or stopping to stir, until you have a thick scoopable base โ not a smoothie.

Scrape into a bowl. Top with whatever you have: granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, peanut butter, chia seeds, a drizzle of honey.
