The internet's other viral pasta. A wheel of Boursin melts into hot pasta water and garlic to become a creamy herb-flecked sauce you'd swear took an hour. Takes twenty minutes, dirties one pot.
What You Need
Serves
4
- 12oz short pasta, rigatoni, shells, or penne
- 1 package Boursin cheese, garlic and herb, 5.2oz
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
How to Make It
- 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Drop tomatoes and garlic into a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and a heavy pinch of salt. Nestle the Boursin wheel in the middle. Roast 25 minutes until tomatoes burst and cheese is molten.
- 2
Meanwhile, cook pasta to al dente in heavily salted water. Reserve a mug of pasta water before draining.
- 3
Smash the roasted tomatoes and cheese together with a fork right in the dish until they form a pink creamy sauce. Add drained pasta and splashes of pasta water, tossing until glossy. Finish with cracked black pepper.
