No-Bake Chocolate Bark
Chocolate bark looks like it came from an artisan chocolate shop and takes about 10 minutes to make. It's also completely customizable โ whatever toppings you have become the design. Make it once and it becomes your go-to gift, party contribution, and 10pm dessert answer for the foreseeable future.
What You Need
- 12oz good dark chocolate (70%+), chopped
- toppings of choice flaky salt, toasted nuts, dried fruit, coconut, or any combination
How to Make It
- 1
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of barely simmering water, stirring until completely smooth. Remove from heat.
- 2
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to about 1/4-inch thickness using a spatula.
- 3
Scatter toppings over the surface while the chocolate is still wet, pressing lightly so they adhere. Refrigerate 30 minutes until completely firm. Break into irregular pieces and store in a cool, dry place.
