The dessert that ends every dinner party. Crushed Oreo crust, cookies-and-cream filling, no oven. Set it in the fridge and forget about it until dessert.

What You Need

Serves
10
  • 30 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. 1

Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.

  2. 2

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.

  3. 3

Crush remaining 10 Oreos into chunks and fold in. Spread over the crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Release from the pan and slice cold.
