The dessert that ends every dinner party. Crushed Oreo crust, cookies-and-cream filling, no oven. Set it in the fridge and forget about it until dessert.

- 30 Oreo cookies, divided
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 16oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to Make It

Crush 20 Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor or zip-top bag with a rolling pin. Mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla to stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.

Crush remaining 10 Oreos into chunks and fold in. Spread over the crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Release from the pan and slice cold.
